I guess it depends on what you mean by wiper mark. My wiper mark was made by someone who used the wipers either without the wiper blade intact or while it was failing. It’s not going to be polished out with the products mentioned here.

PS: Being that it looks like your K-member may be bent, If you're in the market for a new K, I would take into account DVW's excellent massaging and grooming of his K-member to lose weight and gain space.

The seal kit is inexpensive and easy to install, the FSM details the steps very clearly.

recently removed mine on the 63 savoy and i think it was installed wrong, previous owner had the bracket on the bottom of the k member with the bolt facing downward, shouldn't it be the opposite with the bracket on the lip of the k member and bolt going in from the bottom , thanks in advance...

There is no way he would have 175k into restoring the car! Unless you're writing checks paying a high end shop to do the whole job.
