At least on mine from the inside the latch is up behind the rear window sheet metal.
I laid out some painters tape and took pictures of where they are located.

I bought one from Rock Auto. I saw the AC Delco one, but it was only a one year warranty. So for another 10 bucks or so, I bought one with a lifetime warranty. I hope I don't have any problems with this one.
Dash frame and steering wheel painted. Going to get the dash assembled this winter. Panels are going on the car. Should be ready to go to the body shop in a few weeks. Pics to come.
I have all the books from MMC Detroit. I have tried most of them. AMK is the only one I found with the correct H markings on the head, but they are to long. but I can cut them down if I have to.
The gray icon changes to the FABO site were supposed to be a temporary glitch from what I read.
Software stuff is far out of my range of knowledge so I don't know how simple or difficult it is to correct that stuff.
I don't have much to add to Greg's account of fabbing up the mounts. I also welded a 7/16-14 bolt to the back of the mount and secured the retractor with a nyloc nut.
