You using 1970 calipers?
Kelsey Hayes, pin type, single piston calipers from 1970 B & E bodies, that i had, looked like this.
Brake hose screws directly into the caliper body.
I have them at 1 3/4 inch below the bumper. And the leading edge of the stainless tip is even with the lower edge of the bumper. I did it that way cause that's the way I liked them. Looks different from different angles. Yours look good.
Years ago, our daughter and son inlaw lived with us, we also had 5 of our grandchildren( ages 2 thru 7) living with us at the same time. The house was hectic, but I think back and feel those were some of the best times in my life. Enjoy your time with the grandkids time goes by so fast.

Good piss right before bed at midnight. Sleep hard until around 3:30 AM then up to piss again. Drop back in and sleep fairly well until 5:30 or so then up to piss again and then I just stay up from that...
