    11.3v at the ECU sounds about right. There will be some voltage drop across the harness, plus gauges etc that will be drawing current.

    You using 1970 calipers? Kelsey Hayes, pin type, single piston calipers from 1970 B & E bodies, that i had, looked like this. Brake hose screws directly into the caliper body.
