Oh,thank you. I was sold mine as being oem correct. I guess not. To get mine to tuck up under the bumper I found a ford tail pipe extension that looks like it will curve up enough to accomplish that. Thanx everyone for the pics, and comments. Most appreciated.

So if it's got a scalloped flex plate the converter isn't a factory counterweighted converter. In that case ther is no way of knowing how many splines. It could be oringinal 19 spline, or swapped to modern stuff. If it were me I'd get 67 up spline coveter as the pickings of 18 spline are slim...
Can’t forget a 9” diff and a GM tilt column... there it’s the whole package. Oops I forgot it needs a 6L80 or a 4L80 and gotta paint that engine bay black and add a posi and that LS has to be from a corvette.
