    Hello from Kansas City Missouri

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. That looks to be a very solid old Polara, that was an A/C car. Good luck with your project, and thanks for your pictures. Here's mine.

Kids, Permanent Black Markers, Classic Cars Don't Mix

I use alcohol, if it's a sharpe marker. Watch using oven cleaner, if it gets next to a paint edge, it's coming up.

Pieces of something under 383 valve cover??

Hello again, happy Sunday. In changing valve cover gaskets today, I found these two lovely pieces in the front lower portion of the passenger side cylinder head when I remove the valve cover. I cannot see any visible broken pieces so I am assuming they have come from somewhere else? I realize...

    Exhaust Tips

I'm looking into obtaining a 2 1/2" s shaped pipe used on a Ford truck that I'm hoping will raise the pipe up another 2 1/2" to just below the bumper. I'm kinda leaning toward my tips extending beyond the bumper about an inch and a half. Comments?

Does anyone have a dimensional drawing for a 26" b body radiator ?

I have to ask why? If your going aluminum, find out the brand you may go with and then ask what problems others have or did not have with it.

    70 Hemi Superbird Restoration..................errr.....scratch that........

We weighed it the other day. The right and left are backwards as we had the scales on the wrong sides. Still no doors, fenders, hood or nose and obviously the driveline and turbos so it’s gonna get a lot heavier.

Don't miss it. Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals.

It is a great show and something you should experience at least once. Been there twice. I might have to go back with an electric scooter or 2 new knees.

    70 Hemi Superbird Restoration..................errr.....scratch that........

Cool, mine is similar, but the rods go front to rear on the funny car part. I have a little handle I push forward to drop my net out of the way. Can't remember who I got it from. Car looks great. I bet you're eager to make a pass in it.

    1968 Coronet model kit

It is available at hobby shops, now. I have one, but have not yet built it. It is a straight re-release of the 1968 kit. I built the convertible kit, using the more detailed chassis from newer 1970 Super Bee kit. Do a Google search for for one, and you should be able to find a hobby shop that...

At the moment, getting to the Windy City on the 20th via plane is not looking too promising right now. Under normal circumstances it would be very easy to get myself there - I'm 20 min. from my regional airport which flies directly to O'hare. Once in the air it's about a 2hr flight and the...
