So… in 2025, what’s the best electronic ignition conversion?

Is that the same Charger in your profile?

Have a machine shop look everything over, machine the block, and give advice on rod/crank replacement after they're done. There's no way to diagnose stuff like this over the internet. Do you want it to "work"? Or do you want it RIGHT? I had an old jeep years ago, got it for $400. Dead miss on...

    Vintage garage stuff

I picked these up at the last few swap meets only because I thought they were cool because they had my first or last name on them.

Well THIS was exciting... and unexpected... and dangerous!!!

First time I ever used one was my last time. Hated it and got a chain fall and hung it up in the rafters and works well so long as the vehicle will roll. Got a picker years ago to lift stuff as I got older but it was in the way more than it wasn't so I sold it. Have two chain falls since about...

They need to be resized and new bolts, or replaced, 100% ! I would do the third one on the rough journal too. Personally, I'd replace.

Check "clearing" for the nth time

The institution in question should be the best possible place to verify the authenticity of a document drawn on them. Who else should be "on the hook" for that?

Should I replace the 2 rods on the spun journal? I haven't measured anything yet, but could the heat have ruined them? I'm assuming they need worked on for roundness and I was already budgeting new rods cap hardware.

    Opinions appreciated

No. Especially because the gold color of those vane wheels creates a visual discord with the color of your car and/or vinyl roof.

Bug removal from front end of our old cars??

I drive to SW Colorado for an annual show in September and my Charger is covered with bugs. I have used Sprayway glass cleaner with some success, but tried this 3D Bug Remover this year and was amazed! The bugs almost just fell off, and it was great on paint/chrome/glass/rubber...

Check "clearing" for the nth time

The check could be fake, and the person/business may not have actually issued the check. Example: I go to YOUR bank with a check drawn on YOUR account for say, $2,000. They give me cash. Check is discovered to be fraudulent, or YOU see your statement at the end of the month showing THAT check...

If you can take your eyes off of the 'stunning' interior and slowly move your eyes to the left, you will notice a Y4 Light Gold Metallic 1970 Super Bee - 383, 727, black interior Sales Bank car. That picture was taken by Polaroid on January 16, 1971, in Ross Park, Pocatello, Idaho. First owner...
