For those in the market for a new home.

Looks like it has plenty of room to put a dragstrip on it & some facilities/concessions to accommodate fans too... When I was looking to "possibly" buy a golf course I was looking at newer courses (& easily be able to finance a bunch of it) or shorter courses that came with resdients &/or...

    Map light switch testing?

I put one of these LEDs in my map light. Be choosy of which LED you buy; many types of LEDs only shine a spotlight straight forward. The map light needs a bulb that shines sideways because the original bulb is aimed with only a slight downward angle. Buy a LED that has diodes on the sides...

    Fuel Tank Vent Question

Hello all, I have a question about stock fuel tank venting. My tank is a repro '68 installed in a B body. I have both the external vent lines connected - the short one that runs up to the shock mount crossmember area, and the the long one that runs up into the trunk and then loops up and down...

Have you noticed any new trends from SEMA?

The YT video of Kindig showcasing that car and everyone oohh'ing and ahh'ing...t'was enough to make me retch. Good thing it was only a Camaro they sacrificed. There was literally nothing they did to that car to improve a single feature.

"Chassis Armor" for big HP cars?

From what I can tell, he's working from a country where it isn't easy to get parts from the U.S. It won't bother me if I never have to worry about "chassis armor." Surely these chassis stiffening kits are enough?

not going south this winter so I ordered a M12 heated jacket

I did the Large size jacket from Home Depot late winter earlier this year. 135 and tax delivered. I like it. Separate control for the hand warmers in the pockets and the body heat. Its heavy weight and can get toasty on high setting.

    Minii starter disaster job.

I had to change the battle cable anyway, so I just used a longer one and cut it too length. Even if I had to go back to the OE starter, its still ok.

Check "clearing" for the nth time

Once upon a time, a guy bought a new 550 Honda from me. He said he had been saving for a long time. Paid me in small bills. Took me a while to count it Later I discovered, at his trial, he had robbed the restaurant where he worked to get the money. Nice young man.

For those in the market for a new home.

You’re looking at it from your own personal financial point of view, but trust me, there’s a lot of people with a lot of money out there. I know because I worked for them. Considering the size of the property and what’s on it, 2 1/2 mil sounds like a deal when I see home prices in the area I...
