Does not include the seal to the filler tube and the spring on the release needs to be replaced. Great item if you have one with bad chrome and you can swap out the items needed.

There are a lot of pros and cons with both. If you have the time and patience, the plate will be great. A lot of measuring, leveling and some lifting into place, so as to not lean the motor in the wrong orientation front to back, side to side.
