Looking at the shop manual for a bench seat model, it appears that just the driver's side had two belts with buckles sewn together for the lap and shoulder belts and the passenger front had separate buckles for the lap and shoulder belts. This is how the repro belts I got from PG Classics were...

Perhaps you are unaware but a 66 would not have had a 440 originally. It could have had a 383 (or a 426). But you would need everything, radiator, engine, transmission, engine harness, exhuast and possibly a driveshaft as well. Something as simple as the transmission linkage could be an issue...
