    Fuel Pump Slowly Dies

The owner of the Charger in this thread used an electric pump which caused his car to burn up: Check your fuel lines Just remember, you're changing what used to be a suction line to a pressure line. Just need to make sure the hoses are up to snuff, and inspect the metal lines for damage/corrosion.

Don't miss it. Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals.

This is what the drivers get paid to do. Over time I’m sure they encounter all sorts of crazy situations that don’t normally come up when dealing with ‘regular’ cars. There is a lot of money and ego involved and if/when things go wrong it’s a big deal for everyone involved so it sort of...

    5/16 fuel line restriction?

I've found that even with a PV check valve in place for cough protection, the PV's can still get damaged sometimes.

FOR SALE '68-'70 Dodge Plymouth Antenna Bezel & Nut, Driver Quality PN#2889924

Thanks for looking out for me! I sourced one already, but it took months. Somebody sent me one that was wrong; the outer ring hole diameter was too small and the correct inner tube lock nut and antenna saddle wouldn't fit; but I finally ended up with a nice one and installed it. And wouldn't you...

    Fuel Pump Slowly Dies

Frankly, that's why all my cars - except this one - have electric fuel pumps. I just don't trust'em. Odd right? Most folks hate electric pumps... but I avoid cheap ones. I think the "low buck" mechanical pump got me here, but we'll see.

    Any Jeep folks here?

A 2 door! Hell yeah! Those are like hen's teeth nowadays. Seeing this thread REALLY makes me miss my 98' XJ. I fabricated almost every component on this rig in Colorado, and we drove it when we moved to Texas and then to Oregon. It was rock solid. I would've driven it cross country if I could...
