Another 'how old is everybody' thread.....

I'm so old I invented a new way of saying how old I am. This summer I celebrated the 1st anniversary of my 39th birthday, meaning I turned 39 again.

Another 2 speed vs 3 speed wiper motor differences post. Would appreciate some input.

Ok so now I’m a little confused…. I m pretty sure the build sheet says it had the N96 package. I’ll double check but if it did, maybe someone replaced the switch??? I can post a pic of the build sheet if it helps. Thanks, Mikey

    Removing Inner Front Fender Panel

My advice is to take DVW’s advice. Given a Mopar B-Bodies construction, Removing the inner fenders is a lot of work with lots of down sides and very little if any upsides.

Scatter shield for big block/TKX 143T flywheel

Lakewood also makes a cast aluminum bell housing for the TKX behind honestly I didn’t measure it, I took it to my friend, Ted at Opel engineering and he set it up on his mill and bored it for me. He did say the original bore was not very round, it is now…. As for machining the bearing retainer...

    Stock 440 Block Horsepower Limit

I agree with others in that when building a race motor with a stock block, there’s no guarantees. Some will let go quickly at 550 hp & 6000 rpm. Others will survive for years at 700 hp & 7000 rpm. Build and parts quality obviously has a lot to do with it. Tune up quality probably has more...

Anyone running a GM 4L60/65E Transmission with Gen III Hemi

Sounds like your guy might be a Chevy guy lol. 46rh or 46re is the way to go in my opinion. Cope Racing has no problem building them for 600+ hp. Even if you go with a 46re plus controller for it, cost is probably still south of the A41 package. You can even use factory column shift linkage with...

FBBO member RJRENTON "Bob" has passed away.

Please don't spoil Bob's wonderful tribute thread with your usual bullshit. Just mine and everyone else's opinion of course.

Another 2 speed vs 3 speed wiper motor differences post. Would appreciate some input.

more than likely that is your original switch and they replaced the two speed motor with the 3 speed motor so the ramcharger would fit.

    ISO 50 HP

I'm sorry, I don't understand. He was quicker by 4, your light was better by 6. You should have won the round.

FBBO member RJRENTON "Bob" has passed away.

. deleted out of respect for Bob. The real disrespect shown here is by all the hypocritical comments here for mainly admitted self-serving reasons after his passing that were seldom if ever shown when he was posting here, and actually often he was belittled, and now maybe for guilt many want...

Are these washer tank screws or something else?

Haven’t had any earlier than 66 cars. I thought they were washer screws but don’t ever remember seeing the copper washers on them. All repros have steel even from AMK
