If anything, it would be a tight fit. The B-5 size fits my '86 Grand National only a bit loosely, and a Charger is about 8" longer and 6" wider. But, it claims to fit, and it's the biggest size they make.

Some guys think "HD is better" with their 383 cars, but when they order the R/T-Hemi leaf springs, I've read that the lighter 383 car rides like an ox-cart.

I bought this one, Budge B-5 car cover for the '86 Grand National. It fit well enough, I don't need custom contours, just something to keep the dust off a garaged vehicle after I did a good waterless wash and exterior detailing late this summer. Apparently this size will fit my '70 Charger too...

Somebody sent me one that was wrong; the outer ring hole diameter was too small and the correct inner tube lock nut and antenna saddle wouldn't fit; but I finally ended up with a nice one and installed it. Buying a car is fair enough. Buying it to win trophies? Meh.

I don't think the issue is with buying and enjoying a beautifully restored vintage car...it's with those owners trailering their queens to the prom and fussing over winning trophies on a car they just bought. I knew a guy in high school just like that. Rich kid, bought himself a done mid-60's...

One of my switches works on all speeds, the other doesn't work on High. So that tells me the blower motor and resistor are not likely the issue. Maybe in your situation, replacing the resistor on the heater box might work, as MWbirdLOVER70 suggested?

Yep, I already installed a different fan switch and it works on all speeds. This heater control assembly is a spare I'm restoring. Everything else was good. I just wanted to point out a relatively easy part to test and fix before yarding out the heater box.

Going through all my wiring and electrical this summer, when I reinstalled my heater control panel, I discovered my blower motor didn't work on any setting. Low and high were totally dead; medium made a slight click of life but nothing else. I restored my heater box several years ago but the car...

The only reason I used to register my Charger for car shows was to get a great parking spot. :)
