The 20s on my car have aged out, but they appear great, and still have tread I don't really wanna give up. (Pirelli p-zeros, under 15k). Gonna try for another 5k.
When I do replace, probably Nittos or Kumhos.
I went and looked and yes,I cut that oblong hole off. Think I can reattachit using a platic wrlder or some kind of glue. My other question is,what are the top 2 holes for in that front bracket?
Hi everyone I’m looking for a set of bucket seat hinges for my 1969 coronet preferably in black and I also need the screws does anyone have a set thanks
Yes, I read it. Yeah, I'm the stupid one. I just ran the numbers, if you really think that is the best price, by all means go your way. I will say, it's available, doesn't sound like it's M&H, and the M&H was on backorder. The backorders usually don't last too long.
I'm out.
My 67 magazine car. It's been rebuilt 3 times, since it looked like that. The current owner's wife hated it.....so I redid it 3 times. It was best when I had it, and in that pic...
It's now lowered, Charger grill, updated suspension, big brakes, 18's, and a 6.4 with a gear-vendor on a 727...
that’s really cool…it’s interesting piece together history like that and go back. I’ve tracked down the old Plomb Tool factory building in Los Angeles. It’s not a remarkable building either but going back and seeing where something important was is pretty neat.
If the other car originally had a 361 it may have heavier torsion bars than your 318 car also.
Wheelbases are the same. I'd just about want to drop the whole K-member and swap the entire drivetrain.
Posting for a friend of my brother having come across a few Sun machines. He isn't sure what he wants to do with them; but interested in learning more about them before he decides what direction to go. Three of them are in working condition. Does anyone know of shops that still repair them...
That's sounding good. If you get the whole car it is easier. You know the rad fits, you know the transmission kickdown linkage is complete etc. I forget if the wheelbases are the same but if it is the driveshaft will swap over too, you'll need a 727 driveshaft. The whole car is the way to go.
