    Minii starter disaster job.

Where are you buying NEW original type starters, not remanufactured or used? As many have noted the parts stores are no longer carrying them.

Rare shot of a Gurney Weslake Plymouth powered USAC Silver Crown car... pretty neat late 60's ride.

Yeah, low mileage is nice, but 55+ years you can pretty much expect that the master has been changed...

Thanks a bunch for all your great pictures. Great collection of B-body convertibles! That is a show that I would have liked to attend, but now won't happen. With souring relations between our 2 countries, I chose not to renew my passport last year.

The disc brake master, supposed to be a low mileage car, So I guessed the master is original. But it could have been changed along the way. Or the power booster could have been removed. Wouldn't code B41 front disk brakes? B51 for power brakes ?

    Clutch fork return spring

The top spring looks more correct to me, but with a T-10, I'm not sure. What make and model are you working on.

A good buddy of mine has a clone of of a '62 Maxie Dart that looks like this. Motorhome 440 with '62 heads and intake. It runs the larger Stage 3 AFB's , newer A-833 4-speed, and Dana 60, packed with 4.10 gears. His does not have whitewalls, however.

Does intake need machining after zero decking block.

The first thing I do for a head gasket is measure the heads combustion chamber size. I find most of the time I need a 4.50 bore gasket. Otherwise the fire ring is hanging into the combustion chamber of the head. Kim

    Warning- Get yourself checked out.

Yep, get checked guys, I’ve had open heart surgery twice and I’m only 64. All the signs were there. Glad you’re doing good. By the way, you have a beautiful car.

fuel gauge not reading gas at all

Someone still does it, just can't remember who. Todd at Instrument Specialties stopped doing them, but could maybe refer. I thought that Van's new sender was working, or there is another problem.

I love it! My favourite AWB. My friend, Pete Jr., bought a well constructed clone of this car, this summer. Same paint treatment, minus the Dick Landy graphics. Powered by a 2x4 barrel 440, instead of a Hemi.

What makes you think it has disc brakes? Manual discs weren't an option on a 69 B body.... I'm thinking 4 wheel drums with the wrong M/C

Stunning! 440 series, with single 330 series side trim. I have not seen that before. There were no 330 series hardtops.

For Sale: Not Mine 69 Coronet vert on CL

If I had more space, or if I didn't already have a Coronet convertible I would be talking to the seller and possibly on a plane to San Fran. Car has manual front disc brakes, and power steering. Being a 500, the highest trim level, most came with power steering and power brakes.
