Not picking on you but that’s a funny statement. Though I am not a fan of using green bearings, if they are sealed, how does the gear oil get inside to wash out the bearings?

Okay, what radiator? Aluminum or copper/brass.
If aluminum, I'd try to find out what the manufacturer recommends. I'd probably try at least a 15 lb cap. With a good coolant/water mix, it shouldn't boil till 250.

You actually don’t need them. The green bearing is completely sealed.
I have read once from a user where the inner seal interfered with the fit of the axle when using a green bearing but can’t verify the authenticity of the complaint. (Can’t remember his exact application either)
