    Boats with a lot of electrical stuff running. We have a regular fridge, plus a beer fridge, an auto pilot and navigation gear. And we use a 55 amp alternator. But bigger boats have even more stuff. We run the engine while using the anchor winch. I was just reading my book about 12 volt systems...
