Need tear it down and see what the piston stick out is, measure piston to valve clearance. A typical FelPro .040 type head gasket should be fine but there might be some reason a thicker one might be needed. Or maybe a thinner and add some compression.

I can say the following based on my notes. The factory had a couple of standard floor coverings back in those days. It was either a factory carpet with jute backing, rubber sole inserts and perhaps a light film/insulation covering underneath that or it was the dreaded poverty Taxi-Police issue...

Changing them cause I just aquired this car. Its been sitting for a while from previous owner, and is leaking from head gaskets slightly. And just to give it a good once over since its winter here now. Also going to be changing fuel pump gasket too cause its leaking but thats pretty straight...

That looks like a low line (VIN WL) panel, so no provision for a pull that would have been on WP VIN (SE) cars or brougham interiors.

Sad that these cars have just become something you see once or maybe twice a year… rolled off a trailer, and into a spot to just sit. Boring.

That was my Granma's parlour stove that she tossed when I was probably 5 and my Father had it in our basement for awhile, I grabbed it somewhere along the line. It's now in a marine container... thanks to insurance BS and my installing an oil furnace.
