I have never checked my score either. Don't know how, don't care. I HATE using a credit card, and pay it off when I do use it within a couple days, at the atm.

I had a car loan once, about 35 years ago.
A good score gets you lower interest rates on finance. That why people with bad credit can still finance a car. They just pay 20% or more interest. But they don’t care, as long as they can afford the monthly payments.
I pay my cards all on the due date of the first card. The only reason I use credit cards is cash back. Right now I have about 2k on the 2 cards that get used. I cash them in twice a year. Usually before carlisle or another big show
If you have online accounts with your credit cards, most have free credit report access. Just log into your account and check your score. Quicken financial software also has it. You can also go to any of the 3 credit reporting agencies online and sign up to check it for free...
