    8 year old new tires.

Recently went through exact experience. Had tires. That looked brand new 8 years old. Still had the little nubs still on them. With less than 3200 miles. When all said and done. Replace them. It's not worth the worries. Your not up here by the Sussex airport?

    Sheet Metal Divider, How to?

Gotta say thanks for the idea on the platform. Cut up some corrugated material to do a mock up and I really like it. Not sure how it’s gonna work with the new carpet I just bought but it looks so good. I may force it in and deal with carpet later.

Machining Air Grabber Turn Signal Openings

Anyone here successfully opened up the Air Grabber signal opening in the cast material of the 70 hood? If so what did you use and your experience? I unfortunately no longer have access to the Bridgeport. So its going to be air grinder and file? Is this stuff magnesium?

    Caster and Camber

...positive caster and any camber would be negative. 74 RR should be power steering right? 0 or neg caster would be for manual steering cars. Alignment tech is going to have to tell you what they can get out of it. Caster +3-5*, adjust side to side for road crown, Camber -.5’ish*. 1/8” total toe.

The cars I grew up with.

I know my Dad has it, along with other copies of documentation for the car but I don’t have it off hand at the moment. He had to let it go in 1996 and I know it’s not one he likes talking about, as everyone in the forum can imagine.

    TTI exhaust install

Laying cardboard down, to lay on, is well worth the effort. That little bit of 'padding/ insulation' makes all the difference in the world.
