    I agree. My 413 needed a sleeve because of a crack in one cylinder. Then the crack spread at the bottom and my machinist stitched it together. It’s been fine 4 years and I’ve been running the crap out of it.

    Those pants were actually in style in the mid seventies. I had a pair just like them around the same time in jr high school. I guess I am more referring to the fact that he isn’t wearing a costume with his sponsor’s logo all over it in case he happens to get in a tv shot on the way over.

    That hairline crack can be “ stitched”. It’s a process where the crack is carefully Drilled & plugged in sequence with small & appropriate plugs . Ask an experienced Machine Shop , they should be able to Give you appropriate advice in saving that block & will have to be dissembled in...

    Great job Chad! I'm surprised you were able to get the floor plugs installed with the sound deadner in place. I put my plugs in first then applied the sound deadner.
