Did the 6.1L intake work with no modifications to it or the throttle body or the truck timing cover? It looks like the throttle body was turned 90 degrees to put the actuator on top.
Around here, there's a growing number of places that give discounts for cash.
Most are the 3-4% credit card fee.
Some are only a dollar on a $45 meal, but it adds up.
We got an $800 discount for paying cash for our new, metal roof.
You should have seen the "fun" we had counting it out with...
My gf gets two offers a week from discover, and shreds them.
I might sign up for a discover..... but I never get one, lol.
(But, if you forget to make the payment on time, just once, the interest and late payment charges eat up ALL that tiny bit of cash back, several times over.)

crack carefully and have someone repair it with...
Good luck.
I remember that car.
"Unmolested"...except for mother nature.
If you need "smalls" I still have a 71 RP23 parts car, but it's being used up pretty fast and has a date with the sawzall/plasma cutter.
I have got some good cash back deals over the years. After I bought my Ram, I kept getting emails about a Ram Mastercard, with an offer to give you $100 cash back if you made a purchase at a CDJR dealership within a month of getting the card. I timed signing up until I was about due to get an...
A lot of good advice and ideas, thanks. I'm going with a complete do-over. Like my ol' man said "The road to success is paved with failure". I do no not think there was an adhesion issue, as I'm having to be verry meticulous as I blast them to get complete removal. For those concerned about...
Black Sheep is correct - Mine has a tin divider in place as it was a drag car in it's past life.
I kept it in place and put the Dynamat all the way up to the top.
Here you can see the tin divider from the trunk side with the 2 stubs from the roll cage peeking out.
