Red cars used to be everywhere. Color changes were common when everything was dirt cheap; and I bet Earl Shieb sold more red than everything else combined.

The stuff is a lot more nasty than earlier paints... Even spraying it with short sleeves it would make the skin on your forearms feel tight for a few days... Centari never did that...
Darrell Alderman might remember it. Try him at his construction company. He did some racing back in the day. Jerry was supposed to run Darrells 427 chevelle and the cops kept busting it up.

Pretty sure EPDM refers to the material that the insulation is made of....not the metal core. Be careful with the 'hype'. MSD plug leads are advertised as 'silicon'. Only the outer red or black jacket is silicon. The white inner material is EPDM.
