Searching for past history of my car , If at all possible

Call Hardyman Lumber in Maysville, KY. Ask for Jerry the owner. Explain you have a Hemi car he may have raced back in the day. That should get him interested and maybe he will recall it. He had a Max Wedge car he class raced. Taught me a lot about how to tune on these things.

    Glad I changed camshafts

Looks like a hole in the centre. The finish looks a bit rough to me, but it could be the pic. If you can catch your finger nail on the machining, that is a no-no.

My friend advised me to pour a crankcase full of old oil on the floor.

On mushrooms. On mushrooms. On mushrooms. And mushrooms.

    Discussing. Photos

Does it explain that it's from typing that question into chatgpt? Didn't think so. Everyone needs a brain of their own. Chatwhatever won't replace it. I've never seen anything like that and please don't post it up here again. That's more disgusting than a link to a gun ad, which by the way, is...

    Old T-Birds, who likes them

The Ford curse. Ford engineers would make something good, then the bean counters and leadership found a way to make it into a bland, forgettable car. The engine specs are good, 429's had a lot of grunt and spun up better than a 460. I am sure Ford put a rev limiter on it, choked it through a 2"...

George just bought one. If I pick him up for darts on Friday, I. could dent the left hand rear with my truck. No charge. Maybe I will just tell George I hit it, and he owes me a beer.

WTB 70+ Small Block Power steering pump/bracket/hardware.

I need a p/s setup for the V8 swap in my ‘71 Demon. Would be awesome to find a take out with hoses, but I’m open to anything.

For all of You Train Lovers

I found my thread. I have been arguing with myself as to whether I should put money into model railroad or not. It would take money away from the mopars.... but it's only money and a thousand bucks will go really far in this hobby.... but that's money I could use to put disk brakes on the...

Need some opinions on wheel choices

Aluminum slots look good on about anything, but they have that day 2 vibe unless you shine them up like chrome. I like gearhead stuff, so I like them shiny or in 30 year old "oxidzed matte" lol. Cragers and Magnums are everywhere on these cars, I think they might be the default for the cars...

I thought it couldn't be that bad, with similar specs to a 440 magnum.. so I found a carlife road test. Yikes! 16.75 @85! My Dad's bone stock 68 300 would pull 14.90's @ 95 reliably. Ahh the perks of being a Mopar guy.
