FWIW, my trunk mounted battery grounds to the bracket between the inner fender and dutchman panel. Up front it grounds from the frame to the block.
The efi and MSD get a seperate ground off the battery.

It’s a street car and with good to medium prep, you could put it on a radial and drive to the track. I ran a 1.30 60’ 5.50 1/8 mile at 4000# on the ET Street SS MT-3453 tire. After running radials at 160mph, I’ll never go back to a floppy tire.
