    Cancer rears it's ugly head - on a '65 300L

I didn't think about that. The seller wondered if it could be from the battery off-gassing beneath it, but he says there is no visible damage on the inside of the hood there. That's why I was thinking exterior damage like a ding or something. Either way, what you see is not all you get. I...

Advice/opinions on garage ceiling fan selection

Thanks guys. It's not my garage, but there's no plans for a lift . If there was in the future, the fan could be relocated. I'll look into a 5 blade.

    Engine ground

You can never have too many good grounds on a car. OEM was sketchy, at best.

Advice/opinions on garage ceiling fan selection

I can vouch that a 3-blade fan is not the greatest. It works OK for me as I have a mini-split in it to but I may change it out for a model with more blades in the future. It’s right over my work table which works well when working on stuff. I can’t go much bigger without getting close to my...

Two whole filter reverse manual valve body

I purchased a transmission from a guy with a 67 charger because he went with a new hemi and transmission. I checked the numbers on the side of the train by the pan and it is a 67 727 big block transmission. I took the trans pan off and noticed valve body said cheetah 17154. I bought a deeper pan...

For all of You Train Lovers

Interesting that they appear to be using plastic roofs on some of those. That allows them to make convertibles, too.

    67-68 BB 727 with a 62-65 rmvb question

So I just called and talked to turbo action performance transmissions. They are the ones that build the cheetahvalve bodies and spoke to the owner who said that it is a 62 through 64 1/2 push button transmission reverse manual valve body. And he is surprised That it is still around since he only...

Fuel system update on 67 Coronet 440cid

Like this photo? Again, how did you arrive at the 0.040" orifice size? I see no gauge on your lines, so did you bleed the return fuel into a bucket and measure it, set a specific PSI or just wing it and say let's try this?

What other hobbies do you have

Outside of cars. Trains. HO scale and an outdoor G scale setup. The kids love that one. Driving tonka trucks all over it and filling cars with rocks, pinecones, dirt, and whatever else lol. Old Harley’s. Pre 1948 stuff is my favorite. Pretty much any outdoor stuff as well.
