What was the first car you remember falling in love with?

Pretty much same for me. My parents have always said when I was a kid I would save my allowance and buy Charger die casts, models and hot wheels car before I was even really old enough to know what a Charger was or how to tell them from any other car, but I could already. Then seeing the movie...

What's the best slick for 4K 11.5 second car

This doesn’t need that much tire nor would those fit without significant mods. The 315 is a 30” tire and the 275 is a shorter 28” which, in this case, will work better with the gear in this car.

What was the first car you remember falling in love with?

My earliest memory of seeing a car that really caught my eye, I must've been in Grade 1 or 2. I was walking to school with an older kid and a Dart very similar to this drove by. It's funny how you can remember some details so vividly, but I asked the older boy, "What kind of car is that?!" and...

What's the best slick for 4K 11.5 second car

Possibly not. But if I'm buying expensive tires to race on, I'm buying the biggest that will fit. That's why there's an 18/31x15 Hoosier QuickTime pro on my car. My car probably would be quicker on a 315 ET Street Pro.

fuel gauge not reading gas at all

I ran a jumper for the sending unit and no difference with gauge. I see a couple of posts that said removing gauge wires and cleaning the connections was a fix and another posted retightening the mounting nuts was a fix. I also have another gauge I could try if these tricks don't work.

    Rubber Shortage?

I haven’t heard of that and you’d think if it started nearly a year ago we’d have heard. 20 years ago I worked for less than a year at an automotive seal manufacturer. One thing I was told when I worked there was that natural rubber is not used very much anymore. Most “rubber” products...

Two whole filter reverse manual valve body

You might want to call turbo action. Its a manual shift reverse pattern. Depends on your needs but it may not be desirable on a street car.
