Yup, & that requires a lot of ign timing at low rpms. One of the reasons racers use locked dists with big cams.

You aren't alone. But the guys that want the most bang for the buck are going to want newer better flowing heads for cheaper. Factor in time.. it's a no brainer.

What is the goal? and what was wrong with the paint before? An original hood was a textured satin black.

The problem is the huge overlap.
