Figured it out with the service manual and a little tapping to get the pin down (decades make everything stick). Insert key and rotate to the lock position, then remove key, small screwdriver in hole (tap on it a bit), and remove cylinder!

Need to remove hemi rocker stands an engine currently being rebuilt. Is it ok to just remove the stands and retorque these studs or should all head studs be loosened and retorqued?

The aftermarket UCAs all seem to be built with increased caster in mind. You may know this but caster and camber are somewhat intertwined. It is hard to have positive camber and positive caster. You don't want positive camber anyway so that is sort of moot.
