How about just a random picture. NOT the entire car

Rare picture of one of those "frame - off" Mopar resto's that we have all heard about.

    Coronet Dash Clock

There could be an unused wire and empty socket under the dash. My 1967 Coronet shop manual wiring diagram shows a wire near the radio, and traces back to the same power pin that works the other instrument lights. It is only powered when the headlights/park lights are on. I also added a clock to...

What does a 1967 R/T non-CAP dual snorkel air cleaner look like??

I have the large unsilenced no-snorkle air cleaner on my 1967 R/T. It has black wrinkle finish with red 440 MAGNUM pie pan. I like it because it is not as often seen as the dual snorkle one. Plus, when you nail the gas pedal, it says," WHAAAAAH" ! This air cleaner is more commonly seen on Big...

What does a 1967 R/T non-CAP dual snorkel air cleaner look like??

Clean Air Program = smog prevention. Mainly a California thing in 1967, then in 1968, everybody got it.

Currently looking into this '67 Coronet

That baby is a little tough underneath. Buy them both and make R/T clone. Dana 60 and 18 spline A833 worth about $5000.00 combined. Various R/T only pieces like 150 m.p.h. speedo centre grill piece, etc., about another $1000.00. Another 440 and correct rad, plus spare set of glass, console, bell...

    1967 Coronet Production Numbers

August, 1995 edition of Collectible Automobiles had an article on 1966-1967 Coronets. Included was a list of production numbers by year, model, and body style. As far as convertibles go: Coronet 440 = 1982, Coronet 500 = 2252, Coronet R/T = 196 These numbers are almost 30 years old, and there...

    67 gtx engine detailing

I had a '67 Coronet wagon, and adapted a Cordoba cruise control unit to the car. I would guess I mounted the servo in that area. A lot shot, but you sometimes never know what modifications your car faced over the years.

Cleaning 67 Coronet Wheel lip trim and Rocker moldings

Wheel lip and lower sill moldings are specific to 1967 Coronet R/T. However they were also used on 1966 Coronet 500. 1966-'67 Chargers also used the same front wheelwell and lower sill moldings. These pieces are all stainless steel, and should buff up well. Classic Industries reproduces the...

    Restored cars...a question

I always change mine over to RH all the way around. I don't go to the kind of shows where people are looking that closely at my nuts. LOL I don't want to take the chance that some goofball at a tire or alignment shop is going to twist a stud off.

Great car with some known history. I like the Dodge hauler in the background with the VW bus body grafted to the back of the cab.

    Screw Identification

I am thinking door sill plates as well. Most of the screws that attach interior moldings have countersunk heads for a flush appearance.
