The two small red wires are the key-in-switch leads, need to go into your ignition switch Molex. The three-connector plug indicates a C-body T/S switch, cornering lights, not used for your application.
I'm installing a new dash harness and having trouble with a few connectors. One is near the glove box, one is behind the cluster, and one is to the left of the wheel. Any help is greatly appreciated.
That is your contactor. Check to see if you have 24 volts across the coil. If not the problem is upstream. Either the control wire is bad, thermostat not calling for cool or the furnace mother board is not passing 24 volts outside.
