    Front Wheel Bearing End Play

This is a pretty good video. The guy cleans things nicely and packs them by hand. Ah, see the discoloration on those rollers? It has been run hot. It will probably be ok to reuse. I rarely replace bearings and races. only as needed. Always when the races have chatter marks or the rollers...

    Front Wheel Bearing End Play

Yes. if the op hasn't packed wheel bearings before it's best to watch a video and do it right. Be prepared to get greasy. It's fun to do though.

I have used a lot of different greases. Just a small tub of wheel bearing grease is all you need.

    Are you a narcissist?

I think it means more like I think when I see videos of guys popping wheelies on their motorcycles through traffic on the interstate. I think what a dumb azz and that it would serve you right if you crash, and don't ask me to mop up the mess. That's pretty sadistic.

    Copper color connecting rods

But it has something to do with heat treat. Copper isolates the steel from the carbon during the heat treat. I understand the small and large ends are heat treated, then machined, (obviously) whereas the beam is not. I would believe this over everybody saying the copper is to build up rods that...

Conventional clutch guys - where do you keep the release point in your pedal?

You must have the "fork return spring" to pull the throw out bearing back after a gear change. The linkage isn't attached to the release fork. It's just a rod through a bushing. I think the over center spring is just to ease pedal pressure with a stock type Borg and Beck clutch. Has yours been...

    Are you a narcissist?

I appear less than average. Greg, it concerns me that you found this test to take in the first place. It also worries me that I took it too. :BangHead:

    CNC Ported 318 Poly Heads

Here's a video advertising a machine. It looks slick but E X pensive! Boy, it does a lot of neat stuff though.

    CNC Ported 318 Poly Heads

CNC ported isn't necessary for a performance build. Ported heads are. CNC is good for consistency in production.
