Need advise on manifold sealing INDY 440-3

Ithink I would put the other intake on to check if the problem remained, to see if it is the intake that is at fault or if the original intake has the same fitment then it is the head surface that is wrong. I hope you can follow what I'm saying. ruffcut

Lowe's treated me well imo.....way better than HD ever did!

I only go to Home Deplore if Lowes doesn't have it. HD is where the morons and the ....um er..... "contractors" seem to shop. And notoriously hang out in some places. I've almost had my door taken off in the parking lot. And I've seen a pick up truck parked in a space close to the store with...

Kinda sad that people are so insecure they need to go to a generic web page to be told what they are or are not. :screwy:

    Where has QUALITY Workmanship Gone?

SSBC kits are some of the easiest DIY swaps one can do. Knowing your schedule, I guess letting the shop do it made sense as I have done so in the past with my engine builds. I was working on my 66 Ply Sat during the OIF and being on active duty, I was on the road more than not. I had a supposed...

    My Torque Wrenches.

The click type are most prone to going out of calibration and needing repairs. The Precision Instruments (Snap On style) aren't as accurate but they are easy to use and seem to stay in calibration longer. I believe they use a tuning fork mechanism in side.

Lowe's treated me well imo.....way better than HD ever did!

It's interesting how a good or bad experience with a business can influence a person for the rest of their lives. Over 20 years ago, I was remodeling a bathroom at my house and bought a ceramic pedestal sink at Menards. A few days after I brought it home, I got around to opening the boxes and...

FOR SALE OEM Used Mopar 426w Throttle Cable

This is a OEM Used Mopar 426w Throttle Cable. It came off of a 1964 Dodge with a 426w 4bbl engine. It is 20 3/4" long. I believe it will also work on the 66 to 70 big block engines with a 2 or 4 bbl carb. The outer coating has a small wear spot as you can see in the pics, but it functions...
