I have one of these in each car. It displays volts until you plug in your phone then it displays the amp draw going into your phone. I bought them on E bay.
They are adjustable with a screw through the handle. It adjusts the spring. Parts can wear and adjusting can bring it in spec at one range and it can still be out in another.
UPS stopped by today. I was after the rye but this 3 pack wasn't a whole lot more. I cracked the rye. good so far. A little oaky but that will settle down with some breathing and time. On to the American Whiskey next.
This is a pretty good video. The guy cleans things nicely and packs them by hand.
Ah, see the discoloration on those rollers? It has been run hot. It will probably be ok to reuse. I rarely replace bearings and races. only as needed. Always when the races have chatter marks or the rollers...
Probably new ones aren't needed. Take them apart for inspection. Clean them if needed, inspect, and replace as needed. May be they only need repacked, may be just adjusted. I'm sure there's some endplay spec in the service manual. In 50+ years I have never measured and have never had an issue...
I think it means more like I think when I see videos of guys popping wheelies on their motorcycles through traffic on the interstate. I think what a dumb azz and that it would serve you right if you crash, and don't ask me to mop up the mess. That's pretty sadistic.
