Hi all,
Firstly, yes I have searched on here and I've seen there is already quite a bit of preload info, but I couldn't see any that relates specifically to the cam and lifters we have.
Koffel built us a 440 stroker a few years ago and the build sheet says it's a P5007698 cam. Googling only...
I’m looking for a direct mount shifter for my TR6060 swap. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company or product?
I am thinking about going with the one Race Tuning in California sells.
I have included a picture of their product.
Any insight into this is appreciated.

This cam is smaller than yours, I have less cubes than you but almost 2 points more compression.
Mine runs fine but sure was more snappy below 4000 with a smaller cam.
Wouldn't you have to spin yours to the moon to...
Dear sir,
Much to the contrary, a build
that took 31 years from
start to current, both my kids
had a hand in it. Not once
did any of my builds take
presidence over family.
Still had time for little
league, drama classes,
house payments made,
and efforts made to insure

This Tremec TKO doesn't like to shift at speeds of 6000 rpm and above. Because of this, a cam that peaks much higher than that seems pointless.
Here are the specs of my cam from Lunati:
The engine isn't a slug below 2000 rpms but it was more responsive with the smaller '528 cam, that is for...
