    Another 16v question

Getting ready to get this thing started. You guys running 16v systems do you increase the gap on the plugs with a 16v system. I have a MSD 7AL-2. I know to check the timing to see if that has changed and check fuel pressure with the fuel pump using 16v. I thought that someone mentioned they had...

Questions on a new 16v system

I installed a 16v alternator and 16v battery, located in the back. Wondering if I should put some things on 12v. I have an MSD 7AL-2, electric fuel pump, water pump (Mexiere), and fan. Some say water pump on 16v actually pumps too hard. MSD should be fine from what I heard. Starters seem to be...

FOR SALE 63 Plymouth front bench seat

Bench seat from my 63 Plymouth Savoy. Black vinyl done 2 years ago. Very little use as it took a long time to finish the car. Reason for selling is that my rollbar doesn't allow me to move the seat back far enough to be comfortable using the brake pedal. Little room between the seat and...

    Another door hinge question

On my 63 the top left door hinge works fine and the door fits well. I have the hinge spring ( if that's what it's called), but the small roller that goes on it is gone. Would be nice to keep the door open to get in and out. Can this be repaired without taking the hinge off? Or is it necessary to...

I know Mopar doesn't make them anymore, but what part number would be on the seal or box if NOS? I have seen two part numbers mentioned. Not sure where to look this up. Thanks.

    K member question

Is there a measurement or a way to determine if my 63 Ply has the correct K member? I have a CSR transmission shield for my big block I want to use now. I know the "trick" years ago was to put a newer year K member in to move the motor back. I am not sure if the previous owner may have done...

I am in the same position as the rest of the country waiting for CSR to to make a shield for my 727. My order was at the end of January. CSR doesn't give any idea as to when it may be made. It seems nobody makes a blanket for a 727, but reading some posts where racers have done some work on...

I had a hard time locating anyone that had or could produce a set of .904 tool steel, flat tappet, DLC coated lifters. Trend said probably by July and $2500. Comp Cams said Trend makes lifters for them so any ship date shown will be kicked down the road ($1800). So I was told to check with...

    413 Industrial block

Asking for a friend. Is it possible to bore a 413 industrial block to make a 426 cu in ? He has an industrial block and asks if that is possible. Not sure if it makes the block too thin. Maybe somebody has had some experience with that situation. Thanks.
