Buddy of mine wound up with a set of Hemi heads in a parts deal.... Pretty sure they came from a back in the day local SS racer... I'm thinking they were just used for testing, clearly the exhaust ports are raised & there was some experimenting with the flame travel...

So, we bought our two Huskies each a real cow leg bone to chew on... Watching them gnaw away at their treats & suddenly one gets up leaving her leg laying by itself... She walks over to the other Husky & sez Woof!!.... The second girl drops her leg bone, gets up, walks over & picks up the first...

Buddy of mine recently bought a whole warehouse full of parts through an estate... There is a lot of Mopar stuff including Hemi stuff but there's also Ford, Chevy, Pontiac, Etc.... These headers are strange, flat collectors with pan evac check valves.. Port flanges might be Hemi or could be...

This is the worst cylinder, exhaust valve has sunk badly.... Valves were sunk in seven cylinders.. Apparently somebody patched this head close to thirty years ago they installed one exhaust seat..... Looks like they didn't do a very good job of cutting the pocket for the seat... Just hammered...

So, Working at my shop today (On a Sunday) & I get a call from a buddy asking if I'm around.... I've been helping him with a G3 Hemi Swap onto his 70 Cuda.... Yeah, I'm here.... So he stops by & grabs something outta his truck...I knew he's a very talented artist but I never expected this...

So, a buddy swapped out his water pump over the weekend & when he was done it was leaking worse than before he worked on it.... Not sure what the Mopar engineers were thinking when they designed this... The bolt pattern is symmetrical but the gasket isn't... So it's easy to get the gasket on...

Gene Hackman, his wife & their dog were found deceased... Police say it doesn't appear to have been foul play.... Initially it appears to be carbon monoxide poisoning.... RIP

Generally I don't care but when you have this license plate I'd like to see if it was a good month.... The rabbit on the back window surprised me, don't see those much anymore, then I caught the plate....
