    71 rr isnt getting fuel

    New tank new sending unit new fuel line and fuel filter. Car has sat 10 plus yrs not getting any fuel into filter. It ran 10 yrs ago before my dad got sick. We had removed fuel line and was dumping gas straight down carb to keep running due to bad line etc. And help would be appreciated
