    1967 GTX license plate mounting question

    1967 GTX license plate mounting question: does the plate bolt directly to the bumper or is there a bracket that should be mounted to the bumper? There are 2 round holes that seem like I could bolt the plate through and secure it but I want the check if there’s something missing. Thanks G
