So I am running rich, rejeted the main and secondary for 5000 elevation , still running rich. Adjusted 4 corner idle mixtures the best I could and set timming at 9 degrees. The engine is a 318 .40 over with a 340 cam. Floats are adjusted properly , just can’t find the right setup.

Well I have a 1994 Jeep XJ with a 4.0 , I have read you do not need to adjust timing but there is a timing indicator and a mark on the balancer . Any input would be apreciated .
