Hello, I did respond Liberty MW. I am doing a numbers restore on a 70 RT Coronet Conv.
I have a 6/17 build date. I need a set of wheels that will work for that date. What do you have?

On the electrical issue, Since your dash signal lights are "on" the signal circuit is receiving power when it should not be...I would start with the flasher as stated earlier...but I would also check both sides of the connector with a voltmeter to see which...
Thermostat installed in the correct direction?
With the car cool. Take of the radiator cap Start the engine, with a IR temp sensing gun measure the temp of the coolant when you see the thermostat open. Watch the flow....Too fast and too slow are not good..

I built a 4 foot by 4 foot by 4" thick cabinet with Plywood doors and a peg board back. I put 1" x 2" furring strips on the back to space it out away from the wall to allow the peg board hooks to go in the peg board. Close the doors and lock it up too..
