Bought new 15x8 Wheel Vintiques with a 4.5" backspace. When I checked the backspacing on the wheel and my figure is 4 3/4". The pic shows where Im measuring from. Am I missing something here or are the rims actually 4 3/4 ?

I put mine on passenger floor as high up and as close to trans tunnel as possible. This is not an MSD box but ECU for FI. Its out of the way and I didn't have to cut any holes in the firewall because the wire output side was close to existing hole in firewall. Car is a 68
