My center counsel top plate and rear taillight housing both have black paint outlining them, both of which need refinished. Can anyone recommend what type of paint to use to refinish them. Is there a rattle can paint that will do the job or is there another recommendation?

Does anyone know where I can purchase the plastic trim clips with the pins that hole the moldings to the tops of the doors and fenders? I did a quick search and did not find anything. I found the clips for the quarters. Thank you.
