Stegs, Looking for an update on your Bilstiens from PST. Did you get them installed and what was your impression. I have a 69 Charger R/T and need to get some shocks as well. Did you order P/N BIL7056065 (front and rear set)? Did they give you the forum discount?
Thanks in advance!
I have read many topics on seat belts and see some have stayed original and some have converted to 3 pt retractable mount for an upgrade or security. I am on the fence and trying to decide and looking for what others have done and why? I currently have all my seat belts except for the shoulder...

I would say keep it. My first car was a 78 Dodge Aspen the equivalent body of the Volare. Granted mine was only a slant six but she racked up over 250k miles and was still running. It did have a rust problem and while in high school that is where I learned how to do body work. I would keep it...
Glad you got it put together and stopped it from leaking. I am waiting to start mine up and see if it leaks, but I was going on comment on the installation of the seal. The slanted lines (helixes) in the seal lip of the Viton seal need to be on the air side of the engine. I worked for a seal...
I am using ARP bolts and Engine machinist torqued them to the required 50 ft-lb versus the stretch method (being new, I did not specify). I am not sure when I put the rods onto the crankshaft what I need to do now? I have read about using plastigauge strips and was told by one individual that I...
Just an update. I took a different approach tonight and finially got all the caps apart. A little afraid to put them together again... LOL! Onto the next step!
Do the caps get easier to separate after the time of splitting? What do you do when you plastigauge the rods to the crank? How do you separate them then?
I thought the Proform tool that I bought would help get them apart, but it won't. I am baffled!
Alright, I am in the middle of my restoration of my 69 Charger R/T. I had a machine shop do the work on the engine as well as they checked the LY rods, put new
ARP High Performance Series Connecting Rod Bolt (P/N 145-6002), assembled the pin and balanced the new ICON forged pistons (P/N...
I have a 1970 Bumble Bee strip set that I am wanting to sell. I originally bought this from Classic Industries with the intent to use this strip on my project car. I have now changed directions and would like to sell this strip kit. Looking to get $100 plus shipping or best offer. I can send...
