    75 - 77 Frame rails?

I've got a 75 Doba with the springs about ready to come thru the trunk. I know of a 77 Sport Fury with solid rails, trunk floor. How much of it should transplant?

    76 Daytona

Original am/fm/8 needs a belt, have am/fm/cd for the other one. I've never been able to get past having 2 that were nearly identical as shipped.

Lean burn Thermoquad differences from non-lean burn

Throttle kick solenoids and similar external gadgets come right off. As noted, the main fail of the ELB carb is no vac signal for the distributor. It's actually pretty easy to drill a hole in the throttle plate and add the pre elb fitting. There's a few different varieties of smog air horns and...

    Removing Bumper Fillers

IIRC: 3 or 4 screws to the plate under the trunk, another 3 or 4 into the back lip of the quarter and at least one in to the bottom of the tail light housing. Comes down pretty straight but gotta screw screw it somewhere.

This guy is chasing blown gauges, wiring issues but great shots of pull the dash apart. Kinda like an E body or truck but different. https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/2924013/1976-charger-speedometer-and-gauge-issues.html#Post2924013

Finally had a conversation with the current owner - it is in fact the Russo / Steel car minus the continental kit and Kelsey Hayes. Yes, he actually managed to score a complete NOS stripe kit. In other news: Wendel's just changed hands again. Going to a guy that knows absolutely nothing about them.

Scored a vintage tire changer today!

Some things I've noticed with mine that have absolutely nothing to do with your symptoms. 1. throw a mounted tire on it, spin it, get weights to add. spin it again, still asking for same amount. 2. add weights, spin it, wants more, ask it again, still wants the same. 3. add weight the 2nd...

Scored a vintage tire changer today!

As far as I can tell the service routine is either swap the balance head or swap the circuit board. Some machines have knobs to trim the sensors but these don't. Book says to fine balance a wheel before calibration, dunno what skipping that will do to it. Hope not to find out. Since yours is...

Scored a vintage tire changer today!

A couple in this set didn't want to seat even with a ratchet strap around them. Found a youtube trick: soapy water and a rubber mallet.

    76 Daytona

Now it's ready for some miles after some years. Last time driven before just waking up was 1996 - break in motor before going to body shop.

    76 Daytona

So I pulled the wasted linings out, went back to the truck shop, talked to guy that did it. He had no clue how it could have come part. Other guy had the balls to charge me for redoing it but whatever. Put about 20-30 miles on it since, been acting fine. Original B-body intermediate cable w/...

Cordoba Convertibles Were Built In 1977

It literally is that simple and here's the bit that isn't: if it has power windows / locks, the harness that connects both doors, relays, power feed is clipped to the back of the gauge carrier. Best guess is order of assembly. As in: hang this harness from that before ya shove it in. Makes it...

I wanna say I've done it in 15 minutes. Ok, boneyard and 1/2 the dash removed already but it's not horibble. Top and bottom bezels, hvac controller, radio, head light and wiper switch. Remove metal plate under radio / hvac, unbolt column from carrier but leave in car. Take off dash pad, unbolt...

I recall back in the day reaching up to get to some. HVAC was pretty easy, maybe one right above for h/l and wiper and 1/2 speedo. Others, not so much ya gotta go in the front. As I recall the blown one was one ya could reach and she did. Think I've seen a custom or two. I've seen a lot more of...

Cordoba Convertibles Were Built In 1977

I either found another one or somebody de-pimped my favorite one. Turned up on FB a couple months ago, still trying to get detail. Thought he said it came from Texas which is where I lost track of it a few years back. Sure looks like the same one - except for the tape stripe. Newer pics look...
