First off, before you try to fit the inner rockers to the outer rocker skins...... make sure you have the rocker braces (I believe there are 2 of them) and that they are installed inside the outer rocker, they are spot welded in, before you install the inner rocker to them. I HIGHLY
recommend...
IIRC correctly..... it is spot welded to the rear of your B pillar, and it is also spot welded to the top of the rocker panel, behind the inner face panel, ( the semi flat panel ) that the window regular assembly bolts to. I think we have a pair of used 68 charger rocker panels
with the b pillar...

Just send your original booster to a shop up in Washington state I think that is where there located, named booster Dewey. I believe he has retired now, but he has a couple guys there, and they are good. IMO,
one and done!

The issue is that you have the secondary shoe facing the front of the car, which is wrong. You need to install the short shoe (primary shoe which is the brake shoe with shortest length pad) which faces the front of the car. You just need to swap your shoes from back to front, and reinstall all...
