I just need the fresh air vents that are spot welded on the cowl. The shipping would kill me for a whole lower cowl

I dont know exactly what they are called but its for the fresh air vents and to keep water out of the car. Mine are pretty rusted and flimsy. I called AMD yesterday and they wont sell just those and I would have to buy the whole lower cowl and its $400!!! I just need both sides that are decent...

Are 69 Plymouth marker lights the same as 69 dodge marker lights? also are 70 marker lights the same as 69's?
