Hi all was hoping someone had a left hand wheel stud for my 1969 dodge charger front 11” x 3” drum/hub.
Only need one but would be willing to buy a couple if available.
Thank you!
Just installed my rebuilt 8 3/4 sure grip In my Charger..
When filling the fluid and modifier I spilled about a little less than 1 ounce out of the 4 ounce bottle of modifier.. Will the small amount of missing modifier make a big difference?
If It does and I need to buy another bottle can I...
Thanks for the feedback guys. I actually went with RPM for no other reason than my AutoZone was out of VHT satin clear. I just wanted to get the diff Installed so I used the RPM I had on hand. Actually came out better than i expected. We’ll see how long it stands up.
I just had my 8 3/4 Diff for my 69 Charger rebuilt and bead blasted natural. Looking on opinions on what I should do next to preserve the natural finish for the long term and keep rust off.
Choice #1 VHT Satin Clear coat?
or
Choice #2 Rust Preventative Magic?
Feedback is greatly appreciated!
Ah ok I get. I have a 440 with a grommet so it never made sense to me.
Did they leave the nuts on the pvc valve from the factory even when putting them on cars with grommets
So I know this is an older thread but I was wondering what the Hex Nut was actually needed for that comes with the PCV Valve? When Mopars came from the factory did the PCV valves come with the nut attached to it or was it omitted? I have seen it both ways on hi end restoration pics. Just...
I have the original spring drums on my rear as well. 1969 charger built November 68. My understanding was finned came out later in 69. Also heard it was a crap shoot on wether you got springed or finned based on stock and plant. Who knows with MOPAR
Just looking to see who makes the closest to OE Trunk Mat for my 69 Charger. I see several brands online (ie) ACC & REM but do not know much about their quality and correctness. What’s correct rubber or vinyl?
Also looking for opinions on what was the most prevalent Color/Pattern for Trunk...
I have a November 1968 build 1969 Charger R/T. Build sheet has it coded for F70-14 tires. My question is what brand of tires possibly came on it from the Factory.. Goodyear or Firestone or possibly both?
Thank you
Rob L.
That's interesting. Sounds like if you put the last two responses together you would have a Yellow X with a circle.... I am looking at two pics of OE Restored Daytona's online. I know they were done later in the year but I believe all Daytona's were Hamtramck too. I put the pics of them below.
Hi guys . Further into the steering column. I have an auto column shift. My question is if I remove the coupler the lower shaft pin and bearing should the trans shift tube slide out from the bottom without having to remove the shaft from the top. I’ve tried but the tube gets caught halfway down...
I asked this question on another post concerning the correct color for the Steering Shaft for my 69 Hamtramck built charger (11/27/1968). Had some responses that cars built at Lynch Road or St Louis could either be left bare natural steel or dipped in black paint.
Does anyone have feed back...
