I figured it was regulations, but I was being somewhat sarcastic with the strip mall comment.... just somewhat.

They were sending out emails to everyone who received their newsletters and they were selling lots on CL. Some developer probably bought the land and is putting in another empty strip mall. We don't seem to have enough of them in Texas.

They sold all they could (in lots) and crushed what didn't sell last September.

Maybe there's a vindictive x-wife involved.... Just a possibility.

I emailed a question to them explaining the situation I was in and asked if they could help. I wanted to know either "yes we can" or "sorry, but you're sol" before I wasted any money. That was over 2 years ago and never got a reply. If it was a hemi or a12, I'm sure he would have jumped right on...

I have seen a few on craigslist (i use searchtempest). Major problem i had was nobody I talked to was willing to ship them. Stephen's Performance (888-466-7276) may have them and will be willing to ship, but they won't be cheap (or even reasonable).
