You did great. I saw today, the box alone for a Johan dealer promo 64 Polara for sale on EBay for $20.00 and last year there was a very good condition Johan 64 Polara dealer promo car for sale there asking price $400. Don’t know if he ever got that much for it.
Leave it to Beaver featured a few Fords and Mopars. A Youtube video showcasing the episodes that had cars in them. In one episode mentioned in the video, “Beaver’s Prize” Ward was a little hard on the Beaver.
I stopped buying Levi’s too expensive and they have gone woke. Now I buy Rustlers, Wranglers, or some other cheap jeans from Farm & Fleet, Costco, or Menards. Look like Levi’s and wear better. My problem is after a few years they rip at the back pockets probably from my wallet being overloaded.
Do you know if the 64 model year production ran into November 64 or was the line switched over to 65’s by that time?
My Polara trim tag reads S.O. 1114, and the block is stamped 1111, V38, HP. I’m confused about if my car was a Nov63 production or not, because the block is a 64.
If you haven’t found the lip molding yet I linked the video above of a youtuber who improvised and fabricated that trim piece, it doesn’t look too bad.
Good luck.
I need 8” for the backs, maybe I’ll wait until the dust settles with this whole supply thing with the economy. By that time we may be on digital currency.
